Deed scripting For dummies? - RunUO

Im pretty good at scripting everythign except deeds. Never realy dugg into deeds yet. So I was hoping someone had a how to guide for deeds mostly the basics. If so please post a link or something thank you.

It's easy, just make a standard item that inherits the Item class, uses the ItemID of a deed and override the needed methods for your Item, such as OnDoubleClick( Mobile from )
