Can anyone tell me what the reputation icons mean? - RunUO

Can anyone tell me what the reputaion icons mean? I see greyish icons on the left, and some green ones, but these all look like positive comments, so I don't understand what is the difference between the grey and the green? Are people leaving positive comments, but giving negative rep?

I believe that means they left positive rep, but it didn't really help you any (because your rep is high and theirs is low). Not sure though.

Yeah, the gray is positive rep, but they had below 50 posts (or whatever the limit is) or they had 0 or less rep power.
