Question World Builder

Anyone know a good world builder program for UO a core program that can run without runing Client only statics and scripts etc. etc. etc. you know that lets you add Landscape and static tiles like mountain texture, grass, walls, water, etc. etc. etc. then lets you save and load from .mul's

CED ..... Its a map/statics ingame ISO view editor that only needs one set of files (at the server). You can have multiple clients all logged in and editing at once. It has its own server and client, so you DON'T have to have your RunUO server up an running.
