Is it possible to change a Thread Title?

Sorry, I'm obviously new to this style of boards and may just be missing a simple option.

I posted a thread in the Script Release section with the title of [Not Complete] under the assumption that I would be able to change it later. Now that I've put out a first version, I tried to remove this from the title but it doesn't work. To top it off, I have changed the way it's called so it's more obvious what it is. Even worse is it also seems that the title is linked to the URL.

My question: Can I change the title of my post so the hyperlink and title are changed when browsing the threads?
