This isn't the right forum for this, so you might want to delete the thread and post in Server Support. My best guess as to why you can't use commands is that you either aren't the right access level like Admin, Seer, Gamemaster, or Counselor or that you might use a different prefix. If it's your shard and you know you absolutely DID NOT modify anything, then you probably use the default prefix [. If it's not your shard, they may use a different one.
