Immeadiate disconnect - RunUO

Allowed into with 34 version a player through router and computer he used passwords etc but then got immeadiately booted despite the fact he is using all the right username and passwords. My set up includes a server and router and both have the firewalls switched off..help!!

There is an issue with B36 also, within 2 min all my users get booted too and I have no idea whats doing it.
