Firstly the account you make via the runuo console window the first time you run server.exe is your admin account. This account has access to all commands. You can find the commands inside your runuo/docs folder.
You can add npcs several ways. If you want to just add one do [add npcname example [add tinker If you want to add them on a spawner do [add spawner npcname example [add spawner tinker You can use the base spawners as shown above or there are several spawners in the script submission forum. There are also several pre-made spawner packages with pre-placed spawns. These are not normally suggested because they are a bit messy. I suggest spawning the world yourself so you know where everything is. lol thanks for backing me up Soap but hes right heh... i did make worthless posts =\ and im sorry for it.. but is it that bad of an offense to be banned for? =P
