Death Adder Need info - RunUO

Hello , im working on the Death Adder Familiar , cannot access to OSI server

, and i need info about this Familiar .. like:
Delay to use ( to provoke serpents to other creature if use delay of course ).
Message give to player or message gived by the creature.

Somebody can help me?

Wouldn't it be easier to just wait for runuo 1.0?

Chances are the 'death adder' will be in the new distribution (with 400+ changes it better be hehe) and I am sure it won't take all that long anymore.
