scripting?

One of my scriptures left me this email. I did what it sayed and now when i start up the shard it says errors. Do i take the files out of the custom folder and replace them with the old ones i deleted to make it work???




Make a new folder in the Scripts directory Runuo-beta-36/scripts called Custom
Place all the files in there.

THEN

Go to Scripts/Items/Armor
find basearmor.cs and delete it

Go to Scripts/Items/Weapons
find baseweapon.cs and delete it

Go to Scripts/Engines/Craft
find DefBlacksmithy.cs and delete it
also find DefMasonry.cs and delete it

Go to Scripts/Items/Resources/Masonry
find Granite.cs and delete it

Go to Scripts/Items/Resources/Blacksmithing
find Ingots.cs and delete it
also find ore.cs and delete it

Go to Scripts/Engines/Harvest
find Mining.cs and delete it

Go to Scripts/Misc/
find Oreinfo.cs and delete it

Go to Script/Items/Skill Items/Harvest Tools
find ProspectorsTool.cs and delete it.

It is not recommended to delete any of those files unless you have working replacements.

I recommend putting the original files back in place (they do not have to be in the exact folder they were in as long as they are in the scripts directory in your runuo distribution).

After that I would look at the files your 'scripter' sent you and see if they have the exact same names as the files he/she wanted you to delete.

If they do then the new scripts you received are not working correctly.

Unless you come across with a little more detail about what the new files are and what your exact error is that's the best I can do.

ROFL, sad but true. You could get a script comparer and see what the differences between them are.
