Problem Please Help - RunUO

I get an error when i try to start up my shard that says error: scripts/engines/MyRunUo/Databasecommandque line 5 column 19 the type or namespace name "qdbc" does not exist in the class or namespace "system.data" <you are missing an assembly reference?>
dunno wut the hell this is but someone help lol

You need to download .NET version 1.1
