when the player is online (even offline but not disappear from game), staff can use command [bank and target the player to open his/her bankbox

but if the player is offline and disappers from game, how to open his/her bankbox ? and also backpack ?

ok, these are as accurate as i can give... its been a while. Go into [admin then accounts then characters. Then click on the player you want, and click the button, get character. That way even if they are offline, you can still view them, then you use the [bank command

btw, you will need to know acount name and or character name
