Probably because you expect someone to explain the intricacies of an entire scripting language to you via a forum.

I suggest you take a look at the vast amount of C# tutorials available in both books and the internet, and then when you understand the language a bit, come here ( or to any other generic C#/scripting forums for that matter ) and ask specific questions to solve problems.
