No Skill Gain - RunUO

My shard tester claims he is gaining no skill whatsoever even after much macroing. Don't know why....

Check his skill cap. Also make sure there is a chance for failure or else you can't gain. If you still have problems I'll post my highly modified skillcheck.cs file, but it can be quite useful.
