It sounds like you are new, obviously knowning little to nothing about C#, and it looks like you are at the question stage. I would like to help get on the right track by giving you 2 little tips on how to learn C#...
1) Google, search about C# and get yourself to know a little more about it. 2) Buy a C#, these are an excellent source of information to get started with.

First of all, as the others have already told you, get your hands on some info about C#. There is a electronic book "Learn C# in 21 days" getting about, you can try searching for it. Or even go buy "C# for Dummies" just to get you started, its pretty good for the basics and some.
As for what you use to Edit/Create Scripts, well thats really personal preferrance. I myself just use NotePad, it does the job. Good Luck - Grae |

As a matter of personal preference I use Scite. It is free to get and easy to use. Also, especially for newbies to C#, it highlights a lot of key words and automatically indents for you to make your code more organized.
