addtopack command need help - RunUO

i want to give all chars in every account gifts
so i use [global addtopack apple
but apple is not only added to players backpack, but also in npc, monster, wordschest etc...
so more than 50k wastes are produced which i don't expect

how should i use command to add gifts to all playerchars backpacks only
