japanese symbols? - RunUO

hello..i have my shard up and running... been up for about a week (it is a private shard, mostly for my wife and a few friends to play on) i have noticed that sometimes when i make stuff as an admin, for instance a runebook, i open it up and it has japanese writing..and i seem to freeze up when it does...it seems whenever the oriental writing comes up i freeze, it has happened on my wifes computer too..same thing a runebook..added one by typing in [add runebook and one from [add and searching for it..doenst happen all the time but every once in awile...is there something i can do or a fix to keep this from happening? or has anybody else had this problems and know a fix?

What runuo and uo version are you using?
It could be your uo, try reinstalling and paching it,
other then that more info is kinda needed

runuo 1.0...Uo is 4.0.4b(patch 30)
that is the versions i am running...i see it mostly happening on the runebooks...either opening them up or in making them

Do you have any second language support that might affect the client?

none that i am aware of...only use english...

did you patch, like he said. im still not quite sure how you are managing to get that, if its happening with your runebooks perhaps (but highly unlikely) its in that runebook script look through it and find where it might affect this

I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling UO. Remember to patch to the latest client. Let us know if that works.

4.0.4b is the latest client I'm pretty sure. Are you sure it's japanese? Maybe you could post a screen shot.
