Subscribed in wrong place

I really need an Admin to help me out.

I wanted to subscribe for a Lifetime Membership and I accidentally used the Donate button.
It took me a few hours to realize my error but as soon as I realized the error I IMMEDIATELY contacted the customer support contact for the PayPal transaction (Ryan@RunUO.Com) and explained my error. I have not heard back. I even posted in the forum in another section about my error. I have had no repsonse. I PM'd the admin and have heard no response. I even called the 317-491-3217 customer support number twice and was forwarded to a voicemail box (where I left a message) and have had no response. I even called PayPal to see if they could help since the funds hadn't cleared yet.

All I want is acknowledgement that SOMEONE at RunUO.com has received my numerous messages. I know it wasn't smart of me to listen to the guy in the "75% off.." forum who said the Subscribe button was the Donate button (when Ryan said to go through User CP). I know this. I was eager to Subscribe and messed up. If I had enough money I'd go subscribe the right way AND make the 25$ I sent as a donation, BUT I don't have enough money to Donate AND Subscribe right now and I don't want to miss the 75% off a Lifetime membership promotion.
Please help.

Your best bet for contacting ryan my be in irc chat.

Good news is it looks like lifetime subs will soon be the only option and they will only cost $25 so if they don't fix your error you don't need to worry about the price going back up.

I tried that last night too, forgot to mention that. I htink he was AFK last night but I'll try again right now.

I was able to contact Ryan in IRC and lucky for me he says he can help me.

People, don't be a stooge. Ryan's instructions for subscribing are clearly stated by him. You go through User CP. Do NOT use the Donate button to Subscribe. It will cause all sorts of pains in the arse for Ryan if he had to fix all our mistakes. I'm lucky Ryan didn't tell me, "Tough titty." He's a good man.
