Soul stone problem - RunUO

Hi, i play on Mythik (santiago) and i just got myself a Soul stone... i transfered 110.7 Healing from my bro's char (diff account) to the soulstone and now im trying to put it on my char... im capped to 720 and i have a 115 Healing cap. I tryed to lower the other skills i didnt want anymore... tryed tons of stuff.. but didnt work? what im doing wrong?

soul stones are account specific. you cannot transfer skills from one account to the other.

For all I know they could have changed how it works.

He still should go ask the staff he plays on, without know if they changed it we can't help him.
