faction system - RunUO

I've never played OSI before so can someone please explain how the new faction system/town stones work in RunUO? I'd also like to know what the deal is with corrupting a town's sigil and how you capture a town.

All of that information can actually be found on Stratics. I would recomend looking there as it is doubtful that anyone here will recreate their work on this.
