Changing the universal Skill Cap and Stat Cap - RunUO

Where do I set the skill cap and stat cap for all mobiles? Not an individual mobile's cap (as with a power scroll), but the universal default cap for all created mobiles. I'd like it to be something other than 700.

There have been lots of threads on how to do this but it is done in charactercreation.cs

Ah, thanks. I kept (fruitlessly) digging in SkillCheck and PlayerMobile.

Just remember you have to add it. It is not there by default
