Changing shard to Pre-AOS - RunUO

Everytime I go into Scripts\Misc\AoS.cs and change
private const bool Enabled = true
to
private const bool Enabled = false
then I close and save, but it keeps reseting it self back to true? What am I doing wrong? thx for any help.

1 more question. how to I add special loot with a chance of getting it? Ex. kill a Dragon 1-250 drops skull with candel ? ANy help would be great and once again Thx in advance

You also need to disable SE. Look in se.cs.

Tried that seveal different ways 1 at a time then both but as soon as I close them ans reopen it goes back to true. What I am doing. Opening the file AOS and SE chaning them to false, opens with microsoft word I know I can change them here cuz I changed shard same in same fashion, saving then closing. Even tried closing and using the save gump that comes up there. LOST

You have to save the document when you close it. You also have to restart the server afterwards. Something else you may want to check is to make sure that the files are not read only.
