Server wont work - RunUO

My server not working anymore !

I completely wiped out my computer yesterday... i then re-instaled UO 2D+3D and i patched them both... i have extracted Run UO again but now when i d-click the server it wont work... help? (the error is: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.)

You need to install .Net Framework 1.1

do it in windows update (open IE, tools -> windows update)
