problems with logging out - RunUO

Well here is my first problem post lol, here it goes.

Ok when logging out of the shard, everything that my players have setup on screen (backpacks, healthbar, paperdoll, spells, skills) disappear.
when they log back in they always have to set everything back up, this is including options seems to reset themselves.

anyone know whats causing this, and how to fix it?
sorry if this is in the wrong spot, I'm just trying to make things all happy on my shard lol.

Have you restarted the server without saving? It may be in that for if you shutdown the server without saving after a character is created than they have to recreate the character. Just a thought on what info you are able to supply us with.

here is an example of what i noticed myself, my shard saves every 30 minutes, and i made a player account and was on it for 4 hours. i logged out and back in and everything i had setup was gone (account and player still there) but everything setup on the gaming widon like the backpack paperdoll and spell buttons were all gone.

this is in 2d, i have not tested 3d for this issue but i heard it is still the same

Has this been since day one or after you altered something? If you altered a script or added one what one? If you altered a script you think it may be post it please. And be sure to use # brackets if you do. I will do what i can for ya bud..

it's been since day one. when i got runuo and opend it i started the server right away to see what it actually had on it. i spend about 2 hours seeing what i can do and making a few different chars, and switching back and forth i noticed that nothing ever saves the way i set it up.

i also just noticed that for some reason when i log into osi servers i see that it says shard last used and it highlights a shard i have no chars on.
i wonder if it is saving my options from that shard (hence the reason there is nothing on my screen when i login on my shard)

is that possible?

and i just checked and the options in 2d are the exact same, no music no cirlce of trans no macro's. and no paperdoll or anything.

i also just noiced that its doing the exact same thing in 3d.

anyone have any idea whats going on here??

i didn't want to double post but this is important, today i did a fresh install of runuo 1.0.0.0 and i have the same problem with that one too.

I don't know where to start and this is very annoying, can anyone help?

I still havn't figured it out, and my test crew are getting very annoyed with me about it.
not sure how to go about fixing this either.

ok, this is what happend. something in my uo se files got corrupted, after i reinstalled uose everything worked. and right now i am trying to duplicate this problem. (this happend to a few people on my shard too) they couldn't connect to osi at all and nothing would ever save on my shard.

there is 2 possibilities that i see, 1 being that they used the same account name and password. and 2 being that they used same account name and logged into both osi and my shard at the same time.

both of them caused this problem for me. oh and shard restart upon login did it too.
