how can i find out what monsters drop what?also i need to find out what drops executioners caps?

Look at the GenerateLoot() method present in most creatures' scripts, then read through LootPack.cs to see how it all works. That's for the dynamically created loot.

For items specifically placed on a particular creature, there are usually PackItem() or AddItem() methods invoked inside the creature's constructor.
