some more basic questions

Ok, all the help you guys give me for getting it running works great.....all looks good, now I am doing the spawn so I can fight some monsters....and I got couple more questions

(1)I see the instructions say to type in [ spawner to start the spawner and I seen where you type [ search to get a list of all the commands, etc
where do you type this in at? I went to the command prompt fir runuo.exe and you can't type in that box

(2)When I ran runuo for 1st time, it propmted for an admin acct, what is that uses for?

(3)When er played pay-for-UO, my wife collected candies, valentines, etc....how do you get taht stuff in this, like the leather dye tubs, etc (in other words, items that aren't bought or on monsters...ie, rares)

(4) While playing, it says saving world on the screen...how do I change the time to a longer time frame and remove that from being displayed on the screen?

Just log onto your shard and say it in the game. You would actually want to type in [add spawner to add a spawner, or [help for a list of commands. Run UO does come with a document that has a list of the commands though.

This is the first account made for your shard. It makes you the Head Administrator. It gives you access to commands such as [admin which you will need for saving your world etc.

Any Veteran reward item from OSI is still given as a Veteran Reward on Run UO. You can disable these, keep them enabled, change the times they are given (yearly, monthly, weekly etc) Valentines may be in, I've never really checked. You could search in Script submissions and see what other people have posted. Some scripts are OSI scripts that the Run UO 1.0.0 package doesn't come with, some are purely original ideas.

You might want to search for this in the Script Support forum. I don't suggest making it a longer period between saves because the longer the time between saves, the longer the saves will take which could anger players if you have any.
