Deco how to do - RunUO

I played on some shard that use Runuo and I saw some player did house decoration. It was like diy deco like flower, piano ,,etc...

Maybe some of you might know a web site where they tell how to do it !

The way it is done...is mostly with Pandora's Box.

The unfortunate thing is...that the site that hosts Pandora's Box is...down. Indefinitely.
The other bummer is that none of us can give you a copy.

There are a few places that are big on shard modification in-game. The best known would prolly be orbsydia.com

G/L with your endeavors in RunUO.

Well that tools is for player ? Because i want to do the deco as a player not a gm.

Nothing you can really do, then. If your shard has a "GM Deco" type reward, you could get that. Or you could ask that player how s/he did it. That sounds pretty shard-specific.

it was like using different in-game item and to pile up the ones on the others. The fianl result looks like a flower or something else. All the item was found in game, like eyes of newt, flower pot, bolt of cotton, cloths folder, and shit like that.

I see what you mean. Check here and look around the site. There's a lot of different houses/deco types it teaches you to do.
