Maybe if you explained a little bit about what it is you are trying to do, someone might be able to help you...but we don't know what "it" is that you downloaded.

what do i do with RUNuo after i download it?

you just have to hit the executable file (last i checked it was a blue icon with the letters RU on it or something)

let it install and then launch the server.exe, create your admin account ect

There is about a million posts on how to setup a UO shard, read them. When you mess something up, post the issue we wil help you. Until then shut up and stop posting crap please.
