Any how I'd love to be able to sell static houses and i noticed once you enterd in the propertys of a sign yit says total gold I put in what I think the house is worh but how comes I can't double clik to get the acess of buying it?

Is tehre more to putting custom houseing then placeing signs saying for sale on them?

Yes (unless it was something new added into RunUO 2.0 which I don't think there is).

I would suggest doing a search in the script submissions. There will either be a script that'll do pretty close to what you want, OR there'll be a script that allows you to make custom regions (Regions in a box?). The later could be modified to do what you desire.

There's a cool townhouse system that would take care of your needs, but I can't remember for the life of me who made it.

Pandora's box 2.0 ( as I'm not good with comands so this little thing helps loads)

so there we have I had a llok at the region edditor and I'm still stuck on crating custom homes. maby I'm doing something rong.
