Commands don't work - RunUO

Im trying to write [admin but i get no admin panel, other [commands dont seem to work aswell, what am i doing wrong, am i using wrong [ to make commands? it just gets spoken text from my character, sorry for this noob question but this is a real problem for me

are you logged in with the account you made the first time you ran the server? do you have one of the stone's that switch your character level and perhaps you are set to player.

Ignore the "stone" thing.

Did you change any scripts? If so, what did you change?

ok i made a error and made a new account instead of using the admin one so sorry for my inquery

Btw Joeku im looking for a spawner which spawns good and normal ?

What "script" shall i look into?

Im new to this and only have basic vendors except some few additons in the britain bank and britain graveyard.

Im looking to have britain as a centre of the world.

Make a search for "Nerun's Distro" in the Custom Script Releases board.

That will spawn your world.

I also believe that XMLSpawner2 will do the same, but I'm not completely sure.

Heyas Jocke. Welcome aboard to the fun (and aggrivating sometimes!) world of running your own shard

If you're having problems creating an admin account, you can modify an existing account, outside of the game by modifying a particular file in the server files.

I'll also second that, that nerun's is a really good way to go about doing a world spawn.

You should also check out the xml spawners that were mentioned too. Even if you dont use them for doing the worldspawn. they are awesome spawners that give you some really great options. tho, they DO have a learning curve as to what some of the stuff on them can do.

you can find both in the script submission section of the forums.
