Server Setup - RunUO

I am trying to setup a server for the first time. I have performed a extensive search and have not been able to locate the information I have been looking for. I know that RUNUO 2.0 RC1 is the most recent version. I have attempted to find a location to download a exe file and have not been able to locate one even on the front page of this site. If someone could assist in stepping me through the process of actually having a exe file to activate the server and where I could locate these files it would help tremendously. I have noticed as well that when I attempt to go to the downloads section of the site it gives me a page cannot be found error. Also I want to point out I have read both the posts title "Runuo Ultimate Little Guide" by nomad707 and the "Runuo Compendium" by Mifune as well. Thank you in advance for all of the help that anyone can provide.

I appreciate your reply. I actually have tried to download from this section multiple times and did not have any success. It still gives me the page not found error.

That's interesting... I have also tried and got "page not found" errors and whatever. This may have something to do with the recent forum maintenance. Seems some other things may have gotten messed up in the process. Hopefully they'll get it sorted out soon enough.
