ive searched and searched and i cant find just a basic world chat command....like [c or anything...please help!thanks

im not gonna lie to you i suck horribly at coding, all i know how to do is code items...........heh, ive tried quests but it didnt work, and i actually just got my first monster script to work a couple days ago...but it still has problems...can u help me out with it?

thats what i ended up doing... it works pretty well, only problem is that it still shows 2 names of people...i got the one that was supposed to fix that 2...

world chats as a whole are really stupid.

But anyways, if you report the issue in the thread for the script, knives can help you... hes not gonna know you're having issues with his script if you post it here....

actually, i did...he sent me the patch and it still does it... im gonna re post this but i was thinking one of you may know, im adding a custom scripted shield to the craftable list, and its on there it works, its craftable...but it doesnt have the name it just says: INVITATION heh, how do i fix that?

Curious as to why you think that? I played OSI since alpha and now that I use a chat system, dont even remember how I did it without one. On small shards they are invaluable and on big ones, good systems like Knives can be set to regional or private channels. It sure saves one having to switch back and forth to a IM window to chat to everone you know.

Its not very RP. Now communication is good and all, but words from another person don't just appear in a guys head while hes out hunting...
