Other computers unable to log in.

I have a shard, but when I try to log in with my other comp in house, it says that the server must be down. How do I bring my shard up. Once again, if you've read my other thread, I'm completely new at this, so please have some patience.

Hiyas, I Sorta Scanned Threw Your Other Thread I was busy at the time and had to leave or i would of helped you. Im guessing you already got the done

Also im guessing that you have already forwarded ports...Did you edit your serverlist.cs file located In your RunUO/Scripts/Misc Folder? If not you will need to edit it to the IP that people will use to connect (Outside your LAN) To Get that ip you need to go and visit IP Chicken It'll give you the IP Address & Then just change this is the Serverlist.cs file

Look For This Line

   private const string Address = "Your IP Address That People Will Conntect To Your Shard Threw Here";

You can also edit your shards name instead of RunUO TC below that in this line.

public const string ServerName = "RunUO TC";

Another problem that it can be is maybe your using firewall and thats blocking the port....You need to be using a port that your firewall is ok with......

Now this what im going to say is really dumb i know so ignore this if you'd like to. hehe Make sure your RunUO.exe is open! (Make sure your shard is up!) lol

I'm not sure if it helped or not; haven't gotten the chance to test it, but thanks a lot anyways. I do have another question though. Some of my commands won't work, like [attributes and a few others. Any ideas would be nice.

I did all of that, and it still doesnt work.

The other client connects, then the loging works, then I try to get on the server, and it says "connecting" for s few seconds then says that the shard must be down, and the client disconnects. At first it says that the shard is up when I log in, and then it has the red dot showing that it's down right next to it. down when I come back to that screen.

Hmm, Well i have to go for about 3 Hours and after that ill have time to help you some more. Check back in a couple hours....
