monsters spawn time

hey Its not been long since I figured out about monsters spawn.So Im newbie to all this
no I need smthng. I want to cange the properties of all spawns: there is a long time for creatures to show up so I want to lesser that time. How can I do that?

If your using the Default spawner your need to do a [props on the spawner itself and change the min/max spawn times..

above is pretty much same for other Spawner systems as well..using [Props on the spawner.
