There is one in the [admin panel Administer -> Server
I think you can also do [bc blah blah

im not 100% sure on runuo, but i also think using ! (text) works about the same

[region and [area tell work as well, good for events and stuff.

I do not recommend trying [global tell though. The mechanics behind it are not meant for sending to so many users at once, and it will lag. [bcast is still the right thing for global text.

Why whould you use global tell in the first place? EVER!

It whould send the message to every mobile in the world, which includes monsters and offline mobiles.

Use [bc <text> as it was designed just to do this. [online tell or [region tell are useful for events since the text appears as a system message.

[region tell The ground begins to shake as a massive creature brusts up form the ground.
