Hey-ya! I'm a newbie sorta and i;ve been looking for a script that allows admins and seers to use the /say command on lower players. ^^ I've seen it used before on other servers. [I know this because i worked as a GM for a few.]

Umm....Would this be what your looking for??

Throw it in your custom script folder and it should work.
