Manually adding accounts - RunUO

Can someone please tell me how to add accounts manually instead of allowing players to create accounts automatically? I have looked for the command to use, but I can't find one. Thanks!

I'm not at a computer to verify it, but I think you can do it from the regular admin gump. The command for that is "[admin".
