I decided to spend about 5-10 minutes using the search option and found these links for you (Sorry I didn't sort them in any particular order and only went back a few months):
Keywords used: can't connect, can't login, encrypted What to patch to? server freezes when i log onto my chars! Second Computer Freezing Can't log in problem (stops at verifying account) New Patch Osi 6.0.5.0 (detected an encrypted client ) 6.0.1.10 client (Players freeze when logging in) Cannot Connect to Own Server First time user problems (Can't connect with UOGateway) i get an error (detected an encrypted client) Major issue (Players freeze when logging in) Immediate Disconnect Latest Patch Since I updated (detected an encrypted client) Server Issues (detected an encrypted client) My friends and I need help, please (get stuck at connect) Trying to get RunUO 1.0 to support the new clients... Cannot Login to Server Cannot Login Others can't connect. Other People Cant Connect loging in Login issues I need help logging in. (detected an encrypted client) Encrypted client detected, disconnecting - Connecting via UOGateway w/ client 5.0.9.1 (Can't connect with UOGateway) IP issues (Can't connect with UOGateway) Nothing Moves in my shard :( (Players freeze when logging in) Shard Connections & Configuring Routers and connections for dummies. :) Open Port Check Tool Hopefully one of these links of other's that have posted with similar issues answers your question. I've started averaging the time spent over the # of times I've been able to use it. 15/3 so far.
The search button is your friend, and when search doesn't work I'll even use that thing called Google sometimes too.
