Problems with everything
Well I finally dusted off my old UO:R CD and installed it. I have one error installing it.
Failed to install MAP0.mul. I can still install it through that. So it gets done installing and I patch up, it gets to around 5_0_0 and says my game can't patch any further and that I could get away with this client. I extract the krioss client to my UO folder, boot up RunUO, forward all my ports, and nothing happens. It won't let me boot up UO, says access is denied when I put the krioss client into the folder. Now my computer knowledge is limited at best so I could have easily pulled a stupid mistake anywhere along the line. My system runs on windows XP with the latest version of directx. Any help would be appreciated. |

If you don;t have MAP0.mul you are missing an entire region... You best bet is probably

Ok I downloaded the free trial of Modains Legacy, patched up to full, and now i'm staring at the runuo and krrios client download folders. Now what I think I'm supposed to do is extract both to my UO folder and use the krrios client to boot the game... right?

Razor should work just fine with Mondain's Legacy, if you're stuck at verifying client it sounds like a patch issue. Make sure the shard you are trying to connect to will allow your client.
