How I can change name of chars? Have not a idea :P Sorry for my bad English (I'm Spanish).

You need GameMaster privileges or above to use this command.

Im not 100% sure this is posted in the correct forum however if you have your own server you can do it the way described above or just use this comand [add namechangedeed also please note that you must be managment to do so, if you are not and it is on a shard you may be playing on then try to buy a name change deed from someone or at the shard's donation store. OR with using your GM privledges... [props then target the character and change the name in the correct filed of the menu.
