Default Minister of trades _ trade window not working (TOT)

Hi everyone,

Can someone help me understand why the minister of trades is not working?

When a player is beside him, a window opens in which you can give him minors to trade. The problem is that window. The window opens, I can see the names of the minors to give but can't clic anywhere to choose which one to give,

Anyone have a clue ?

Hi, just tried that; collected ten minors and approached him and got a menu containing all the minors I was carrying. But I tried to enlarge the image you appended, and there is a reference to an ancient jar as one of the minors you were carrying, but the menu does appear to be malformed. Maybe a graphics issue? Have you tried at different resolutions? Also the screen capture is seen as from outside the hall; you should be within three tiles of him to get it to work, so maybe you're not close enough?

Hi,

Maybe I took a bad screen shot but I am within 2 tiles of the minister, inside hte hall, 2nd floor.

I also tried playing with resolution but nothing changes.

I am verry clueless about it, can't find anything on the forums on it, even near it.

Strange, I tried to move the blockers in different position, moved the minister of trade but I can't get that effect that you have. It maybe far fetched, but perhaps you are using an old version of 'Ultima.dll' in the root of your server installation. I'll post mine here below. You will have to restart your server I think. Good luck!

Servers don't use Ultima.dll

BaseImageTileButtonsGump.cs has been changed per SVN 297(300); What server(core and scripts)/client versions are you using?

By the way, please try to be as clear as you can if you can explain me what's going on with that problem I have. First, I am not english, seceond I am new here and third, I am new to all of that stuff. I started a week ago gathering some information here and there to get my shard up. Now that my shard is up, I am focussing on testing all I can imagine in order to understand how it works. I think I done well so far but please, just keep in mind I'm a real noob with scripting/programming ... and so on!

No problem! What I meant was; what RunUO server (download) did you start with (RunUO 2.0 RC1 or SVN xxx), what "Ultima Online" client version are you using? did you patch your client to the latest patch? (5.0.0.a/6.0.9.2)

Did you install additional mods? (Nerun, Xmlspawner2 etc). Also it helps to know what OS you are using (XP, Vista etc), and if you have enough RAM installed (512MB, 1GB). Finally, what do you use to connect to your RunUO server (ConnectUO, Razor) and what versions. So much questions! But believe me, all those things can make a difference!

The problem you are experiencing at this moment (not properly displayed BaseImageTileButtonsGump) is probably caused by the combination 'RunUO server version' versus 'client version'.

I think I got them all here!

Thanks again for helping, I'll log on a bit later to see if something coems out of it!

By the way, I wanted to use Connectuo at first but it looks like it is broken, never been able to make it work!

Thats what I needed to know! One more question: The screen capture on your first post, was this taken while using PlayUO? If so, download Razor from the following link: Razor

Edit: OK, I can confirm now that the problem you have is related to PlayUO. I never used that before, but i installed it and tested the ToT trade window and have the same problems as you have. Please install Razor and when first started, put in the path to your "Ultima Online" client (something like: "c:\Program Files\EA Games\Ultima Online Mondain's Legacy") and check the box labeled 'Patch client encryption'. As Server put in '127.0.0.1' (or your local IP number as 192.168.xxx.xxx) and the port 2593 (if that is the port you use). Hit the OK button and it should start your "Ultima Online" client.
