How to add elf-related quests？ - RunUO

I run an RunUO-2.0-RC2 server without any modification,but I cannot find any new teleport of ML:the one to Isle of the Divide,the one to Heartwood and so on.Thus,I realize the possibility of not adding these quests yet.Is it right?And how to add them?

More than likely, you will need to add Malganis' Mondains Legacy system. You can find it in script submissions.

Whether Microsoft Visual C#,Tortoise SVN and WinMerge are necessary to add Malganis' Mondains Legacy system?Any other way?

WinMerge is needed, yes. You may or may not need Visual C#. Depends on what you do.

Oh,it is really difficult to add Malganis' Mondains Legacy system.There are many confusing important things here which I don't know how to use:

I've got SVN 300 downloaded by TortoiseSVN,RunUO-2.0-RC2 with ND5.1.0 080915 from RunUO.com - The RunUO Gaming Network and WinMerge.

With these tools,I don't know the procedure of using.

If you're going for a fresh install you can just grab this...

[RunUO 2.0 SVN] Mondain's Legacy Simple Installs (with Nerun's Distro)

Easy install, as the title says...

Hi to all.
I follow this path (install runuo 2.0 rc2, then download this [RunUO 2.0 SVN] Mondain's Legacy Simple Installs (with Nerun's Distro)) but it didn't work.
Then i download the SVN 300 (by the tortoise), install this ML simple install and run the runme.bat, but it didn't work cause i don't have a runuomlserver.exe.
Do you know how i fix this?
