Default just a little noobie quesion about optimizations

Code:
RunUO - [www.runuo.com] Version 2.0, Build 2959.20979
Core: Running on .NET Framework Version 2.0.50727
Core: Optimizing for 2 64-bit processors
Scripts: Compiling C# scripts...
is this means that runuo rc2 optimized 4 core 2 processors ?
r it optimized 4 quad core or DP/MP processors ?

P.S. You can check in the process in windows task manager which cores/cpu's are used.

b0b01, i have c2d cpu now, but havent DP|MP cpus
i can test runuo2 on DP cpus, but MP cpus is very rare in russia and i have to wait about some months before i can test them
so 8cores|2cpus is my maximum...

can developers just say - is runuo2rc2 optimized 4 mp cpus to use all sixteen cores or not ?
