Finding a mobile by its serial? - RunUO

Is there a way to find a mobile by its serial? Because HostileSPACE works in a way where the client asks for what it thinks is missing, if ye follow my line of thoughte.

Otherwise, I can get players with NetStates.Instance, But how would I get NPCs?
