Turbo Delphi!

I think what I am trying to do will be easier to do through C#. I am wondering - how can I get a C# console project to execute Command Prompt commands on the pc its run on, as well as (dunno if this one is possible) another PC on the network. IE: I run command prompt commands on another persons computer over the network. any ideas ? thanks
