General Questions about Krrios

Let me just say the Krrios client is excellent. It has solved a number of lag related problems for me which now means I can use the 4 series of clients over 3.0.0c - good news as my shard is now moving everything over to clilocs (POL95) - I know the client is kind of designed for RunUO servers but it still works!

I was hoping someone could pls help me answer these questions as I cant find the info I need anywhere:

1) Is it possible to use any assistant program with Krrios? I am thinking of Razor primarily, although any prog would help at the moment.

2) Is there a way to make UOAM work with Krrios client?

3) I have tried a RunUo shard with Krrios and everything works fine except the menu that should appear on an NPC vendor. When using a standard OSI 4 series client a single click brings up the shopping menu, however when using Krrios I get nothing at all. How can I fix this?

4) Could someone pls expain what the localization viewer is for? I noticed it was in the link from the main Krrios download but I dont quite see how they are related - if in fact they are at all.

5) I have a couple of other problems using it with a POL shard but I wont list them because I am not sure if it is designed to support this. If you are interested you can let me know.

1) I don't think Razor works with the client. Right now it only works with the current version of the normal client.

2) I doubt it.

3) I don't think you can fix this, if its a bug Krrios will have to fix it, if its jsut you I can't say

4) Allows you toread the messages in the cliloc files, has nothing to do with any of the programs on this site.

5) Yes, this isn't pol support correct :-)

I just have a few questions also and just btw im running krrios 8 (9 gives me an error that i have yet to fix).

1. Is there any way to turn "Always Run" on?
2. Is there any way to allow frame skipping? I have a POS video card so when theres alot of action I lag up until it stops and then i lag until my video card catches up with all the frames it stalled on!
3. Is there a way to make krrios client read custom hue files? I have a modified one for the shard I play and everything turns up black on krrios client, its not a major problem just a little "bug."

Not to my knowledge, no. As I recall, Zippy once had plans for Razor supporting my client, but it was considered impractical to implement.

Well, my client has general intrinsic support for UOAM, via the command:

[code:1]. uoam <name> <password> <address> <port>[/code:1]

It'll connect to the server, send other players your location, and receive their location for display on the radar. The '--<text>' commands work for chatting. It doesn't, however, have the extensive map 'places' definitions that UOAM does.

With my client you must hold shift to open context menus. This will likely become configurable when I find the time to revamp the options menu.

I wasn't aware it came with the download, and I guess Phantom explained it best. It's not directly related to the client.

Well, if they're issues with how the client reacts to POL servers, then I guess it's fine to post.
