2 things for hotkeys - RunUO

1. A printscreen hotkey
2. A pause in hotkeys the '-' combo is too fast with spell recovery..

3 an always run toggle macro
4 a toggle smooth walk macro (i know its in the config itd be better if it was in game)
5 a toggle full screen macro (i know its in the config itd be better if it was in game)
