Krrios client issues STILL - RunUO

Ok i have installed the newest direct x and latest drivers for my video card to make it compatiable with direct x 9.0b and have dl'd and installed the managed libraries file. Do i need to install net framework 1.1 to a certain spot or just anywhere i wish? Also when i add my server ip and port and add an account onto the server, i do not get a character list to go with my account. It just shows my account name but no characters. Any ideas? I really wanna get this to work.
