Help Needed very Much - RunUO

hey this might have been asked already, and im not that computer oriented. ive downloaded both directx9 and manage files. extracted krioss client and double click client it gives me the following error:

" application has generated an exception that could not be handled process id = 0x84 [3204], thread id = 0xcb4 [3252]"

can anyone give me some help.
i look forward to using krioss
