Error with Beta 10 - RunUO

Hi,
I downloaded Beta 10 today and tried to start it, but everytime I get the following error:

I had version 7 before and got no errors...
Can someone help me?

I downloaded it, and uo opens now, but it just stays as a black screen and shows this error:

I'm getting this same error message with all of the needed programs installed on my comp as well...
