"Use items" feature (alt/ctrl W) - RunUO

I just noticed there's a feature in Krrios's Client where you can press ctrl W and alt W to use items in a list. Like for popping trapped pouches, you can put each pouch in the list and it opens the next one each time. Is there any more info on this? Can you re-map the key, or does it have to be W? If you have other macros on alt/ctrl W it doesn't seem to work anymore and it'd be nice to have even more freedom with it. Also, how do you clear the list?
